Takeaways

I’ve been involved for several years in efforts in SIGCHI and elsewhere to make academic research in my field more relevant to practice and more understandable by practitioners. With that in mind, I’ve created this section of this site/blog to provide practitioner takeaways from my own research. That way, people can gain potentially useful information from my findings without having to read the papers. (And I can also provide design recommendations that don’t necessarily belong in an academic paper.)
